To remove blinking line

I want to remove the blinking from the Edge. I apply many techniques, but the blinking line still exists, like editing. I want to remove this. Please help me in this regard. I am trying hard to remove the blinking line because it creates disturbance when you scroll up and down from the buttons in key board.

    Hi MUHAMMAD, I am Paulo and I'd like to help.

    Do you mean this? (See the image below) If so, you might have accidentally enabled Caret browsing. Caret browsing allows you to navigate webpages using keyboard arrow keys, but it disrupts scrolling, as you mentioned. You can turn it on/off by pressing the F7 key or, in most laptops, FN+F7.
