i need to unlock my sec account hano**************@gmail.com when i need to you request form me verification with phone number when i use my iraq phone number i get (Try another verification method That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method.) i need help please

Regarding the current unavailability of authentication methods for your account.

We recommend that you refer to the following scenario:

1. Change your cell phone device to send the verification request

Sign in to your Microsoft account using your mobile browser to get the mobile verification code.

Using a computer device may fail due to VPN proxy networks, virtual machine environments, and abnormal Windows environments.

2. Change the cell phone verification method in other regions.

Some regional carriers may not be able to send the verification code stably at present due to some impossible resistance. If you have the conditions, we suggest you try to change the cell phone number of other regions and countries when verifying your cell phone number.

(This will temporarily freeze your account for 30 days and is a necessary process to protect your account.)

3. Change the IP of other regions to try to send the code.

Sometimes your current network IP may be flagged as abnormal and therefore unable to send the verification code (e.g. in a corporate network environment) You can try to test this by changing your network IP address using a proxy network.
