Managing bookmarks, browsing history, and downloads in Edge on Windows 11
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
After upgrading to windows 11, I answered "yes" to sync when I opened Edge. This led to Edge losing both favorites and collections. I managed to get the favorites back, but collections are still missing. I would appreciate if someone had a way to get them back.

Hello Åge L.A.
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
Regarding to your information I assume that you lost your Collections after sync the data.
Generally, Edge's bookmarks are stored locally and in the cloud. Based on your description, it seems that you do not have any relevant data in
the cloud. If you haven't previously synced your data, it may not be possible to retrieve it. You can check the following path to see if you can
restore the database file of your Collections to a previous version.
Access this website and get the personal profile path.
edge://profile-internals/
Copy this path to the explorer.
Click Collections folder.
If don't have previous versions it seems that hard to find it back.
You can regularly back up this personal folder afterward to prevent data loss.
If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.
