error code 0x800070057 microsoft edge error help

I keep getting the above error code from microsoft edge I cannot get into my favourites since the microsoft has updated I have windows 10.

    Download a fresh copy of edge from here : https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge/download?f...

    Run the installer and let it repair the current installation.

    Restart your device after the repair and try using the browser after.
