Good day!
Welcome to Microsoft Community. Thank you for sharing your concern with us today and we hope that all is well. This error usually happens when a file is locked by another process, preventing your system from accessing it. Here are a few things you can try:
- Restart Your Laptop – Sometimes, a simple reboot can free up locked files.
- Check Task Manager – Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc), look for any processes related to the USB Photo Stick or file transfer, and end them.
- Run as Administrator – If the error is related to a specific program, try running it with administrative privileges.
- Disable Security Software Temporarily – Some antivirus programs may block access to certain files. Try disabling them briefly to see if the issue persists.
- Use Windows Troubleshooter – Go to Settings>System>Troubleshoot>Other troubleshooter>Program compatibility troubleshooter and run the troubleshooter for file and folder issues.
- Delete Temporary Files – Use Disk Cleanup (Win + R> type cleanmgr) to remove unnecessary files that might be interfering.
