Now, these messages constantly pop up with or without the Photo stick being used.

    Good day!

Welcome to Microsoft Community. Thank you for sharing your concern with us today and we hope that all is well. This error usually happens when a file is locked by another process, preventing your system from accessing it. Here are a few things you can try:

    1. Restart Your Laptop – Sometimes, a simple reboot can free up locked files.
    2. Check Task Manager – Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc), look for any processes related to the USB Photo Stick or file transfer, and end them.
    3. Run as Administrator – If the error is related to a specific program, try running it with administrative privileges.
    4. Disable Security Software Temporarily – Some antivirus programs may block access to certain files. Try disabling them briefly to see if the issue persists.
    5. Use Windows Troubleshooter – Go to Settings>System>Troubleshoot>Other troubleshooter>Program compatibility troubleshooter and run the troubleshooter for file and folder issues.
    6. Delete Temporary Files – Use Disk Cleanup (Win + R> type cleanmgr) to remove unnecessary files that might be interfering.
