Does Microsoft Edge charge when adding a credit card in the browser?

After clicking save credit card to Microsoft edge wallet I was charged around ~US$1 for some reason?!? Where can I ask official Microsoft to ask what this charge is for?

    This is a temporary charge on the credit card, to "tokenize" it, aka save it in the Wallet. Don't worry, a reversal of it would appear in a few business days for it.
