I've provided my email address, phone number and password but I continue to be going around in circles and getting nowhere trying to sign into my account. What exactly is the problem here? I've been at this for almost a year and I'm running out of patience.

My wife has problems relating to opening her Hotmail account on a new iPad. This account was opened some 13 years ago and the password etc has been lost. For the last few years she has had no problems with her account on her old iPad.
Would like further details re name on the Hotmail account?
