Troubleshooting browser crashes or performance issues on Windows 11
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I keep getting the error message:
Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
I am an Etsy seller - and it is mainly happening on the Etsy website - but it's an issue on my end not theirs.
I am opening my shop manager page when it happens - not sure how that can be too large?
Is there an adjustment I can make to my browser.
Even clearing cache and temp files don't work - I have to constantly reboot.
Thank you

Hi,
It appears other Etsy users have experienced a similar error:

What seemed to work for the original poster in that thread was to clear the browser cache (including ""all data").
