Viewing a Password Protected Document in MS Teams

Hello,

We have some files that are password protected uploaded to Teams.
(don't ask why, we just do)

When the file is accessed, the user is being asked to make a local copy, enter a password, but the live edit feature is then removed.

Anyway to make this work?

Thoughts?

Thanks,

V

    @Victor Prasad - EUB Admin ,

    This is by design. It is consistent with the files’ protection and security.

    It recommends you set a password to open or modify a file for protecting your data. For more information, please refer to this article.
