The system camera is not working, how do I resolve this issue?

On opening my system camera, I'm getting this message - "Something went wrong - the error code: 0xA00F4240 (0x80004003)". I have tried updating the drivers, troubleshooting and turning on permissions in system settings but it is still showing this error.
