Dear Microsoft,
I could not open a Microsoft link here as follow:
https://enablement.microsoft.com/en-us/case-studies/
It says the message of this:
You do not have permission to view this directory or page.
Could you please help and check it for me?
Thanks.
Warm regards,
Ryan Muliadi

Just to double check, on which specific account you are trying to access this resource and is this the first time that you are doing it?
Dear Paul,
Yes I can access the link but it is only for specific customer or partner. I cannot find the lists of the case studies in the partner or customer enablement site. If I try to search the customer in a number of sectors or different sectors, it will be hard for me to check or identify if I need to specify the name of the customer or partner. Could you please help the alternatives? Thank you.
Warm regards,
Ryan Muliadi
There are others that can be searched over the internet like the ones below. If the link that you have mentioned is for the public then there should be no error when it is being accessed.
Dear Paul,
Last time, around last week I assume, my friend accessed the case study link and he can open it. Not sure about the others. Are there any other links that has the case study content from the Microsoft Enablement or Adoption website? Thank you.
Warm regards,
Ryan Muliadi
Good day, thanks for your question. I am glad to assist you today. It looks like it is not accessible when I tried to click on the link as well and got the same error even on a different. May I know if you were able to access this previously?
Regards,
Paul R.
