How to remove ExtentionInstallAllowlist from browser?

I have successfully removed the extention associated with the ID, however I'm not able to remove the policy attached via regedit, and this problem is affecting all my browsers installed.

I personally own my laptop, and no company has ownership over it except me, so that message I assume is because of the installed policy. FYI that policy is the ONLY ONE I have. And I think an edge extension might have made the change.

Any idea how to remove it?

To resolve the issue, please run a scan with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) and share your logs.

    https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/

Note: If you are using Edge, SmartScreen may initially block the download.

Click on the three dots next to the warning and select Keep => Show more => Keep anyway.

    • If your computer's language is not English, rename FRST64.exe to FRST64English.exe
    • Run the tool, leave the default settings, and press Scan.
    • Zip the logs, FRST.txt and Addition.txt, then upload to a cloud storage service like OneDrive, Google Drive or gofile.io
    • Post the share link.

    Hi Siddarth,

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

Apologies for any inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help you.

It is possibly a malware infection. It would take some tries to fix this, but we can do that. First run Malwarebytes:
