I accidentally restarted my laptop and now it won't turn on nor charge. What do I do?

    When you restarted your laptop, was there an update installing or were you resetting Windows at that time?

    Disconnect the laptop from mains electricity.

    Press and hold the power button on the case of your laptop for 30 seconds.

    Wait 30 minutes

    Reconnect the power cable and start your laptop, does it boot into Windows?
