Today, when trying to connect headphones, I noticed they took the quick Bluetooth connection button off the sidebar. So I went to the settings app to try to connect it manually. Turns out, the second I press the connect button it says "That didn't work. Make sure your Bluetooth device is still discoverable, than try again." I try removing the device, and it says the same thing. I tried connecting them to something else, and it did work, so it definitely isn't a problem with the headphones themselves. Plus, a lot of the tutorials I found tell me to enable advanced Bluetooth settings, which I'd love to do, but the choice to just... isn't there. If anyone has advice, that'd be great.

Hi, I am an Independent Advisor.
Let me help you with this issue.
I understand you are having problems connecting your Bluetooth headphones.
Have you tried restarting both laptop and headphones?
Please remove the pairing of your headphones on all your devices including your smart phone. Restart the laptop, turn off and power on the headset and then try to re-pair on your laptop.
