Hi,
I have two question's, I recently selected full screen in zoom options for edge and then could not find anyway out of it, had to ctrl delete and sign out, so I do I get out of it and also if using it access the desktop, win desktop not edge.

Secondly the search bar has moved, to the top of the screen, not a major issue but I must have done something to cause this and it would be nice to know, .

Richard.

Hello Richard, sorry about your problems. My name is Marco and I will do my best to help you.

To exit full-screen mode in Microsoft Edge, you can press the F11 key to toggle full-screen mode on and off.

The location of the search bar in Edge is not customizable. It’s designed to be at the top of the browser for easy access.

However, you can customize the appearance of your toolbar in Edge by going to Settings > Appearance > Customize toolbar.

If the search bar has moved to an unexpected location, it might be due to an update or a change in settings. If it’s causing significant inconvenience, you might consider resetting Edge settings to their default status.

If it's not this search bar you're talking about, you can send me a screenshot to show me.

    Hi,
Thanks for your respnse, I did find the F11, co pilot does have it's uses.

Re the search bar, as you said I wonder if an update or something.

I've taken a screen shot and until yesterday the quick links were definitely lower down, anyway not a major issue.
