Microsoft Cash Back Missing

I made a purchase at Lowe's and was told I'd get 5% cash back. When does it appear and who do I contact if it doesn't. So far it hasn't and the purchase was made last week.

    With most cashback programs, it takes 2 or 3 billing cycles for the rebate to appear.
