SCCM Client install on client machine but sccm console showing client not install in that system?

I have a problem with my sccm that the sccm client is installed on the system but the console is showing that the sccm client is not installed.
Sccm 2016
Sccm Version:1906
Site version: 5.0.8853.1000

Please help me resolve this issue :(

    Exactly what have you done to troubleshoot this? We can guess as solutions but ....

    No sir i am new in this platform so please guide me which log should i read?

    Check the ccmsetup.log to verify if the client is installing or not. Post that check clientidmanagerstartup.log to check if the client has got registered successfully or not. Then monitor policyagent.log to check if the machine is pulling down any policies or not. By this point the client should show up as installed and active in the console. If it does not then there are other things to check for but let’s get the basic checks out of the way.

    Hi @Muhammad Yousuf Ansari ,

    We could install SCCM client by the method of client Push Installation, manual Installation and automatic sitewide Client Push Installation and etc.

    In addition to checking the logs which located in C:\Windows\ccmsetup\Logs, we could also see that ccmsetup.exe process is seen on the systems, and ccmsetup.exe is shown in task manager.
