Weird text microsoft edge

My Microsoft Edge is displaying text weird ( or not at all )

I tried to resolve this issue woth the following method: Windows-tKey + I > Apps > Microsoft Edge > Change > Restore.

This did not work unfortunately

How can I restore this?

    Please change the font in Microsoft Edge, and then switch it back. Otherwise, reset Microsoft Edge:
