    Thank you for your feedback. I need to confirm your question. Are you experiencing a problem with opening EDGE not responding? Please let me know if I've misunderstood.

    EDGE as a part of windows cannot be removed for now. You can try the following troubleshooting methods:

    1. Search for CMD, open and find the command prompt (, to run in administrator) mode

    In the command box that pops up, enter the following commands in order (after each line has run, enter the next one)

    ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /registerdns

netsh int ip reset

netsh winsock reset

netsh winhttp reset proxy

    Restart the computer and see if the problem is solved.

    1. Open Settings, Applications, find EDGE and click Repair or Reset.

    1. Reinstall EDGE.

    Download Microsoft Edge

    1. Test the issue with the beta EDGE, if the issue is also present in the beta EDGE, it may be a recent issue, you can click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the EDGE to send feedback on this issue.
