    0x800700C1 = not a valid Win32 application
    You may need to repair the operating system.
    sfc /scannow
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

    Run Windows update troubleshooter
    Delete all updates under the following path: C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download
    Restart Windows update service
    Check for updates again.
    If still no help, manually install update from Microsoft®Update Catalog

    Hello,

    Please run Windows Update troubleshooter from Settings app > Update & security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters.

    If issue still persists, try to reset Windows Update components and see if that helps:

    Hope this helps!
