I have a problem where my keyboard sometimes automatically presses the CTRL key. Whenever I open my computer, I cannot enter any numbers in the place you would normally enter the pin due to the continuous glitching of the CTRL key. To just open my laptop, I need to do a series of steps involving pressing "Forgot Password?" and then closing that window, and somehow magically I could enter numbers. The main problem is when I'm basically typing or playing any game, the CTRL key will press. For example, when I press "t" it will make it like "CTRL +t" which opens a new tab. I only get to type or do anything for 1-4 minutes and then the keyboard will go back to pressing the CTRL key automatically (not physically). Please somebody help, I have been facing this problem for a week now and it happened at least 4 times while typing this out. I have tried the following so far, but it didn't work:

Hi Geetha,
I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.
Apologies for any inconvenience you are experiencing. I am happy to help you today.

Before we confirm that, do you have a spare USB keyboard for further troubleshooting?
I look forward to your response and am eager to collaborate until we find a solution.
