Based on the announcement in this blog , the Premium P1 license is included with Microsoft 365 Business Premium (which was renamed from Microsoft 365 Business).
Is Azure Premium P1 included in Microsofts Business Standard/Premium licenses?

Hi,
I've been trying to work out whether Azure Premium P1 has been added to the 0365 Business licenses, but everything I'm reading is telling me different things. Can anyone confirm this?
