Microsoft website infinitely loading.

I've tried multiple different but one email is just infinitely loading but my others work. I've tried different devices as well and nothing has worked. The bad part is that this is my MAIN email that has always worked but all of a sudden isn't.

The website loads but then reloads then loads and reloads. If I try to stop the reloading it signs me out of my account and when I sign back in, it does it again. I can't use the account website nor the redeem code website. The website is unusable
