Alias for virtual machine

Is it possible to add another alias to the existing one in the same zone subdomain in a virtual machine?

For example, if my machine already have aaa.westeurope.cloudapp.azure.com, is it possible to have bbb.westeurope.cloudapp.azure.com also?

    As far as I know it's not possible to set an alias/cname in the cloudapp.azure.com DNS zone.
    But it's possible to use an alias/cname with a custom DNS domain:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/dns/tutorial-alias-pip
