'Invalid statement, ResultCode: 1' SharePoint Form Error

A few people in our organisation have been receiving the error 'Invalid statement, ResultCode: 1' when trying to submit a form. There are also instances where attachments in the forms are not being saved.

I understand that to a solution to resolve this with a list, is changing 'Office Client Availability" to "No" on List Settings > Advanced settings. I am unable to find a similar setting on the form in questions.

I also understand that a user can potentially avoid this issue by clearing their cache but I am hoping to find a solution at the FLOW/form level.
