Problem with Rewards Points

If I'm from Colombia I haven't used VPN and it tells me I can't claim any rewards someone help me please

Hello there,

I am Jaspreet Singh.

Have you travelled to a region that did not have rewards supported and used a VPN there? Users have reported similar errors even after returning back to their home region after doing so.
