Hi there,
Since I installed Edge on my macOS Sonoma, it cannot interact with the content area, such as right-click or drag and highlight a passage of text in full-screen mode

Which version is currently installed on your end? If you are using the dev release then you can send a feedback to the team that is working on Edge for them to be aware of this issue so that they can check this on their end and you can either do it via the browser by pressing Option+Shift+I or via https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/discussi... and if you are using the latest version of the official public release that is on 117 then I would suggest to downgrade it first at the time being and you can download it via the link below and scroll on the page and look for "Looking for an older version of Edge" and then select the channel/version, build and platform.
