    Hi Demetra Jordan,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

We understand your frustration when your device cannot access web pages and log in to your account normally.

Although the symptoms are simple, the reasons behind it may be complex, such as process conflicts, resource occupation, and damaged user profiles/system components.

We noticed that you have read a thread containing similar issues.

In some threads, some community members pointed out that "Error code: RESULT_CODE_KILLED_BAD_MESSAGE" may be related to external protection tools.

Disclaimer: Temporarily turn off antivirus protection. However, keep in mind that if you do so, your device may be vulnerable to threats. So please turn it on immediately once issue fixed.

In some other threads, some community members may try to clean up old browser data and then use the browser main program under a different path. (Since the original page cannot be fully translated, it is assisted by external tools.)

Disclaimer: Your browser automatically saves temporary internet files to help pages load faster. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix website issues. Please back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.

If I misunderstand your situation, feel free to correct me and share the information.

    Best Regards,

Funny enough, the 32-bit version of 131.0.2903.48 works just fine.
