I can't add multiple tabs to collections.

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.23521.1000.0

Edge Edition Version 116.0.1938.43 (Official build) stable app, beta channel (64-bit)(up to date when writing this issue.)

Situations:

Method One: Add all the tabs to a new group and add the group to a collection.

Not working. The option button not show on the dropdown.

Method Two: Add all multiple opened tabs to a collection.

Not working. The option button not show on the dropdown.

    Hi HardyWong, I am Paulo and I'd like to help.

    This is an ongoing issue, and it seems to occur when using your personal Microsoft account on your Edge profile. When you sign out your personal account or use a new Edge profile, the option "Add all open tabs to collection" will appear. Also, the option will temporarily appear once you sign out and sign back in. I've been having this problem for months now, but we'll have to wait for fix from the developers, unfortunately.

    For now, you may use an extension like this as an alternative to Collections.

    Okay, didn't expect that. I just back to Windows Eco system recently...

    Hopefully can get a fix (It should be easy to fix, maybe? Since it seems just need a resolution of mismatch/conflict between the online profile and local profile.) in weeks instead of another some months.

    I think whichever account you have mainly signed in your Windows from affects this.
