Getting "BrowserAuthError: no_cached_authority_error: No cached authority found" error on Forgot Password

I keep experiencing this error frequently. Here's my navigation flow:

first, I go to the sign-in page,

then click on the "Forgot Password" link—no issues there.

However, when I use the back button to return to the sign-in page and click the "Forgot Password" link again,

I encounter no_cache_authority_error
