When i was trying to redeem our rewards but mobile number is not added as alias.. Since now I have been trying to redeem and trying to add my mobile number as alias but I am getting above error since last 2 days

    Regarding the issue with the way you were unable to add cell phone verification to your Microsoft account, many community users have provided feedback on issues similar to yours.

    I would like to ask for your current country and region.

    Usually such issues are related to your account environment.

    You can try to remove your 3-way antivirus, disable browser expansion, disable VPN web proxy.

    Of course, a simpler way is to use a mobile browser.

    Sign in to your Microsoft account and add mobile verification.

    In addition, some users have reported that some of the new 5G/virtual phone numbers may not be supported at this time, so you may also want to try using your family's cell phone number to add it.
