    In the event that you will still encounter an issue, I would also suggest to monitor it for a bit more of time as there might be an issue on the system or server that is interfering with this one (regarding the mismatch of your points) but if it will still be the same later today or tomorrow, you may submit a ticket via https://rewards.bing.com/support for this to get checked internally by the rewards team.

    > Ensure that you are not using or connecting to VPN or proxy.

    > Logout and login to your account.

    > Check and try the dashboard on a browser if you are using the Bing app vice or vice versa.

    > Check and try on a different browser as well.

    > Another thing that you can check and try is to use InPrivate browsing or Incognito mode on whichever browser you are using.
