I need an administrator to access my history and recover the group tabs that were on my browser. I love using Edge but this would never happen with chrome. I'm incredibly frustrated and disappointed that all of the project-specific websites I had grouped and saved are now gone without a recovery method. I'm even more frustrated that the support I need through email or calling is inaccessible. The number will not let me call back. I need this fixed as soon as possible as it is holding up my projects.

Yes, I am referring to my lost groups stored in Edge. I can access my history but not my recent history when the groups existed. So I can search for the tabs but have no idea which ones they are or were grouped which is no help.
Specifically what happened was that I closed Edge sometime 3 months ago and when I reopened Edge I restored all windows but those groups to allow my computer to run faster thinking that I would be able to access them later. Had I known everything would be lost I wouldn't have even used Edge.
Is there any way to recover the groups? If not I will no longer be using Edge.
Did you get any reply from Microsoft? I keep losing groups randomly and cannot recover them, can only recover closed tabs, which is useless as one has to rebuild the related group now disappeared.

Regarding to your information I assume that you have some issues on Edge.
Accessing the browsing history in Edge typically does not require administrator privileges.
Can you please specify the issue you encountered when trying to access your browsing history in Edge?
And are you referring to the loss of the groups stored in your Edge? This issue seems to occur frequently after Edge updates.
It's hard to find it back.
