Subject: Investigation of Unauthorized Access to My Account
Dear Microsoft Support,
Issue:
My account (******@gmail.com) was compromised.
The attacker had access from 19:44 to 22:34 on March 24, 2025.
I received a notification about suspicious activity at 21:16.
Concerns:
The activity log does not show what actions were performed by the intruder.
I cannot determine which data was viewed or modified.
Request:
I would like to know what actions were taken during the access period from 19:44 to 22:34 (files accessed, emails viewed or sent, settings changed), prior to me changing the password and logging out of all devices.
I would appreciate receiving a detailed activity report for this period.
