Hi

Internet pages do not come in as a one page picture, they comes in as a collection of many little files and pictures.

The browser Job is actually to assemble these files into what you see as a page.

One of the secure site's files is probably a script that uses edk.net, which is on the site that you visited

The script is on your computer but the site is gone so it cannot find the edk.net

Try to clean up the Browser temp files.

In addition, flash the DNS.

Open a Command Prompt and type in   ipconfig /flushdns   and press enter.

If the above did not work.

Your question is a bit advanced for these Windows Answers Forums and you should repost it in the Techniet Forums at:http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-us/itprovistanetworking/threads where experts in more technical networking issues involving Vista will be happy to assist you (or if it isn't that type of problem, I'm sure they'll be able to send you to the correct location to deal with the issue).

Good luck!
