Help and Support error '_elbasuer_'

Question

Hi.

I've got a really annoying problem with Help and Support, every time I search it says 'You're not connected to online Help....' and I get no results no matter what I type. It also says '_elbasuer_'. I click home up the top and it decides to take me to the 'Microsoft SpyNet' help page. If I click 'More support Options' it takes me to a page about how to improve display quality! On every page it still has the online help error and '_elbasuer_' underneath the page title. This is really annoying because I was trying to st up bluetooth when it started, and I couldn't find any help.

Is anybody else having this problem?

This thread talks about BlueTooth corrupting the Help files, have a read of it and see if it fixes the problem for you.

i have the same system & the same problem.  i played heck finding the right fix on the internet...  never found it there but i found plenty of clues.

Boot the computer into safe mode and check if you get the same issue.
