a. Have you installed any Security Software or any third party firewall on your laptop?
If yes, disable the Security Software and the firewall for the time being and check if the issue persists.
Note: Make sure you turn on or enable them once you are done with the test.
Step 1: Check the status of WLAN Auto Config service.
- Click Start, click Run, typeservices.msc, and then click **OK.**2. Double-click WLAN AutoConfig Service. If you receive a Configuration Manager message, click OK.
- In the Startup Type list, click Automatic, and then click OK.
- Close Services.
- Restart the computer.
Still the same: Try running the Network Troubleshooter and see if it fixes the issue:
