Sony VAIO, vgn-fz11s laptop. For a new battery I am supposed to install the driver which were included. When I do so, I get the following message. I have tried, running as administrator, log in as administrator but it is always the same. It is a clean windows 7 installation, there is no sony software on it anymore. The error message is:
Cannot load driver c:\windows\phlashnt.sys. Please check your accounts, if you have no administrator priviledge, please login again. The driver has been blocked from loading. Error code: 1275.
Best regards

You are trying to install a 32 bit program while running windows 7/ 64 ..... I purchased a new battery for my laptop and also received an update disk that gave the same errors. I happened to have my old disk drive with my old 32 bit OS.... Swapped the drive, install went fine, changed back to my win 7 OS and the batteries work now. GOOD LUCK.
