just wondering what this error means and what i can do to fix it....please help!!!!

hi, it depends on where you are seeing this.. is it a startup problem or something, sounds more like something you would see when you are on the internet. if thats the case check if other websites can be accessed.. you might have to talk to your internet service provider... please describe where you are seeing this erorr
