I have check the system requirements and all looks OK.  The only thing that is not the same is the Video Card.  The Video Card in the PC I am trying to install on is an Intel (R) G33/31 Express Chipset Family 286MB and not the ATIX700 or Nvidia 6100 128MB.  Will this stop the game installing or is it something else.  I have tried  reinstalling and also installing on another PC but it comes up with the same message which makes me think it's the game.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
