"Error creating instance of MSXML2::DOMDocument"

I get an error message "Error creating instance of MSXML2::DOMDocument" when trying to open up an installed software program (Solidworks).

Also as the error message is related to activation of solid works I would suggest you to contact the manufacturer for further assistance in the issue. You may refer to the below link for assistance -
