Hi Wendygsd,

·        Do you get the message when you login to Windows or YouTube?

·        Did you download the latest version of Java?

Uninstall Java again from the computer and make sure you download and install the latest version. But first run an online virus scan.

**Step 1:**Try running an online scan and check if that helps.

**Step 2:**Refer the below mentioned link on how to uninstall Java from the computer.

Please provide more details as when the error pops up so we can help you in a better way.

Hope this helps!

    Hi Wendygsd,

Syed was right to have you scan your machine for Malicious Software.  It looks like you may have been infected with this virus Trojan.Jnanabot. Perhaps your Antivirus deleted the virus file but didn't do a good job of cleaning up the startup entry.

If you are still having problems, follow the manual clean up steps here:

    http://www.symantec.com/security\_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2010-102616-4246-99&tabid=3

Step 4 may solve your problem.

**NOTE: this is an information stealing virus and is known to log keystrokes. Once you are sure the infection is cleaned it is a good idea to change ALL of your passwords (banking, work related, email, etc.)

    Good luck!
