My computer wont let me do anything, it wont let me boot in any form of safe mode. When I enabled not to automatically reboot the following error comes up (no text reason).

Stop: 0x000000BE (0x806E1800, 0x006E1121, 0xF78CE784, 0X0000000B)

Please help.  Thanks

Hi, Its only shutting down after about the 4th or 5th time of trying to reboot and not every time.

Same thing happened to me.  Now I cannot access my computer (A Dell with Windows XP) using any modes that are listed.  Stops in the middle of the process and gives me the blue screen of death with a very similar coding (STOP: 0x000000BE (0x806E3800, 0x006E3121, 0xBA4C3784, )x0000000B)).  I was able to use one of my Dell diagnostic disks and ran a check on all the hardware (took about 20 hours) without any errors reported.

If the computer is shutting down *before* Windows even loads, it is a hardware problem.

    Hi,

In any option of safe mode, it does the same thing which is reboot and goes back to the menu for safe boot. Sometimes rather than reboot it just switches off. Ive tried with battery in or out. Its an Acer 5100. Ive tried all options on the menu and it does the same thing. Thanks.

Can you get into Safe Mode? Last Known Good Configuration? What have you already tried?
