Microsoft DAO problem

Question

I am trying to install a old program from the original CD on to a new pc, with vista, ans I keep getting a message that says, Setup has detected Microsoft DAO is in use. Prograqms using DAO must be exited before setup can continue. How do I exit DAO Programs?

First thing to do is check the Program's Vista Compatibility at the above MS link; and follow the directions given if it is not compatibile.
