i am using fujitsu life book a series laptop. recently used the fujitsu hardware scan tool and found usb 2.0 crw is not working. how can i correct
this problem. is it can be downloaded from any site or can correct using the software available with the product

Go to Fujitsu's website, and look up your Laptop Model number, when you follow the link from Personal Computers there > Drivers > etc.
There should be a list of latest Drivers for your Model Laptop for you there.
