Ras Error 31

Using an aircard (ATT) to connect, routinely get a "RAS 31" error and have to reboot.  What is the cause and how can I fix this.

Hi RatTerrier3000,

• Were you able to connect before?

A) Check for services

i. Type services.msc in the search bar and hit enter

ii. Search for the following services

    • Telephony.

    • Remote Access Connection Manager

    • Remote Access Auto connection manager

iii. Select Startup type:  Manual and start the service

iv. Disconnect the device and restart the computer.

v. Then attempt to connect.

If that does not work you may have to contact your internet service provider.
