I am having trouble accessing my Profile or account to schedule exams.
I had tried changing from IE to Edge browser, clearing out cache in the browser, launching In Private session. But none helped.
I keep getting the error "We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. " This error is when the landing page is - https://examregistration.microsoft.com/
How do I access my Dashboard for Microsoft Learning?
I had tried signing in with two different Ids but it didn't help.
I had recently registered for an exam successfully on Jan 9th. But I can't recall which ID/Profile that I used. But the email on the account is Srinivas.Grandhi@WoltersKluwer.com Here are some more details on my recent registration with PearsonVUE:
