Does anyone know how to get a Russian Language Pack for Vista Home Edition without having to upgrade to any other Operating System?

No.

Unless you try your Computer Manufacturer, and ask them for Recovery disk/s in Russian.

1.       To change your English Language Vista Operating System to Russian, you will have to buy an English Vista Upgrade Ultimate Disk/Licence.

Then download the Russian Language Pack through Windows Optional Update.

The Upgrade to Vista Ultimate has to be done in the original Language Vista came in.

  1. Your other Option is to buy a FULL version of Russian Vista Operating System, and do a clean install.
