Windows 10 20h2 BSOD ci.dll

Faced the appearance of BSOD on Windows 10.
The first two BSODs occurred during the same game, the third during another game, and the fourth was already on the desktop (the games were not launched).

PC configuration: Windows 10 - installed on ssd, everything else on hdd. The video card is discrete.

I checked hdd for bad sectors (Victoria HDD software) and RAM (12 hours - 5 memtest runs) - no errors. I also checked the SMART area ssd - perfect.

Then I completely cleared ssd and hdd, after which I installed Windows 10 pro (20H2) on a clean sdd.
Then I installed another game and started playing. After a while, the sound in the speakers froze and the PC rebooted.
I looked at the logs in BlueScreenView - I saw a similar BSOD error code as in previous times. The only difference was that on the previous OS I saw the screen of death, and then the PC itself rebooted without showing a blue screen.

ITSELF ERROR CODE: CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION when executing ci.dll.

Below I attach a photo of the error, as well as dumps. It is important to consider that this has not happened before. The PC configuration has not changed either.

The archive contains all the dump files, but I also attach screenshots:

    Take a look at:

You may open start and search for feedback and open Feedback Hub app and report this issue and attach the dump file there.

    Hi,
For CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION (109), it's difficult to check the dump information. Because CI.dll is a Code Integrity Modules. We cannot access this code because it requires core permissions. As shown in dump, MODULE_NAME: memory_corruption.
I consider that what we could do is update all the drivers ( video card, Motherboard drive, etc)to the latest version available.
Especially for BIOS and other hardware drivers.
Otherwise I think just have to downgrade the version of the system.
Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
    Best Regards,
    Carl
