Error Message: "Error Loading C:\Users\name\CNMSSC~1.DLL"

when I start my computer I keep getting this error message:

Error Loading C:\Users\name\CNMSSC~1.DLL

C:\ Users|name|CNMSSA~1.DLL

is not a valid Win 32 application

Can someone tell me how to get rid of this error?

This module seems to be related to Canon Printer Software. Try uninstalling the printer and reinstalling it.

If you do not have a Canon printer, use Msconfig to check startup programs and disable any entries for this program which you find. If you cannot find it with Msconfig, download and run Autoruns fromhttp://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx . Search for this program there and disable it.

    tried uninstalling all Canon printer software and reinstalled canon printer software...no help as pop up came back up when entering windows...sayign my computer still has a missing file.
